Hi, I’m Prafulla! With over a decade in business and operations, I’ve built functions for some of India’s biggest startups, including ZestMoney, Razorpay, and now PhonePe, where I currently lead Operations. I started my career in BPOs with Dell and Convergys and moved into the startup world to take on new challenges in building and scaling teams.

Outside of work, I’m an avid reader and a dedicated gamer, especially when it comes to third-person adventures. And while Marvel and DC are popular, I’d pick Chacha Chaudhary and Doga comics any day.
