About me

Built ops teams
from zero. Repeatedly.

Grew up in Mumbai. Landed in Bengaluru. Somehow ended up building ops teams at some of India's biggest fintech companies. Still not entirely sure how.

I'm a 0 to 1 specialist — the person you bring in when there's no team, no process, and no clue where to start. Done it at ZestMoney, Razorpay, and now PhonePe. Everything except supply chain. That's someone else's problem.

Outside work: I've been gaming for 20+ years, which either makes me very dedicated or very unable to let go of things. Probably both.
