My friends at work who I share my flat with are busy figuring out ways to slack off and newer ways to spend money (I think most of it was to impress women and somehow get lucky). Me, on the other hand, was trying to figure out ways to shake off the "trainee" part from "TL trainee." Pretty weird for a 23-year-old.
Perhaps it wasn't so much about being a workaholic as it was about a sense of purpose I had unknowingly attached to work.
